It's been a while
about ...
9 months ?
it's not quite buff actually
but at least there's some changes since what i was looked like
many people , included myself think or thought that
"my body ain't buff , standing in the mid of buffed crowd makes me feel upset "
" i duno what should do and how it works"
maybe some of us might had started to workout but came out with no result
these made us stopped what we're doing
till
one day
my friend motivated me to do it
coaching me
motivating me
accompany me
all the way till now
am getting to meet more and more people
makes friends in le gym
coached by more and more ... hmmm
senior ?
actually some of them aldy 30+ ~ 40
but trust me
they totally don't look like how they should be for their age
this tell us exercising do help people to hide their true age
x))
so....
2day management lecture doesn't been ordinary as usual
it was not a lecture in fact
a guest was been invited to the lecture to share something about him
about his courier and something on some philosophy stuffs ?
haha
sounds boring initially
but during le 1.30 hours
interesting stuff coming in
most of us
till now
doesn't know what should we do
what had to be done
and then we started to feel nervous
looking around
people around are doing well
doing better even
felt upset
felt depressed
felt demotivated
frustrated on ourselves
but that's ain't true actually
the aims for everything we are doing is ultimately go back to the root factor
to make "changes"
it may include
improvement
enhancement
correction
sooooo
any changes in our life
the good one definitely is already make u a successful person
it can be as ordinary or as small as changing a person mood from bad to good
and as time goes by
it can be developed into something big something huge
like making changes in a larger scale
improving life
improving the world even
so ..
as far as something do changes in your life
you aren't wasting it
don't feel demotivated or depressed
no one mend to be a failure
be optimistic
